Once around the NE Loop on my SJS fixie. The first cold weather ride is always a shocker. It was about 42 when I left my house. Long sleeve thin wool baselayer, wool Randonneurs USA long sleeve jersey, a great pair of Campy bib tights that I got on Ebay (and that were a little too small for me last winter but now fit great), Northwave winter shoes, Smartwool socks and helmet liner. Oh yeah, cheap Pep Boys mechanics gloves. Perfect!Now I have to cover two air conditioning compressors, clean gutters, rake/blow leaves, install some window treatments at my mom's house, pick up my watch at the watch repair place...the fun never ends.- 24.51 miles
